The Challenge
An established building products brand among DIYers was struggling to gain traction for a new door installation product with building products’ contractors. A major obstacle was the perception that the brand is only for DIYers.
The Solution
To help build trust with dealers and contractors, I established a relationship with a highly regarded industry influencer to help re-shape the perception of the brand to their followers. Through a product placement video, the influencer hosted a product demonstration of how to use the product on the job site.
